Women
Bible Study
A ladies Bible study will be offered beginning Tuesday, September 8 at 9:30 in the Family Ties SS classroom. We will use Beth Moore's study called, "To live is Christ-the life and ministry of Paul". We hope to deepen our understanding of God's grace; demonstrate god's ability to use any who are willing to serve; remind us of the importance of God's Word; to be bolder witnesses for Christ. This is an 11 week study. An interactive workbook will be available for purchase. The first week is an introduction. We will meet each Tuesday at 9:30
United Methodist Women
Purpose: The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. The UMW welcomes all women in the church to join. Two active circles meet every month. Our women help several non-profits in the community. “Our presence is felt in Gallatin”.
Circle 1 meets on the 3rd Monday of each month during the school year.
Helen Duncan Circle meets the 3rd Thursday of each month during the school year.
Sisters in Christ
Is a group of ladies who “love our Lord, love our church, love our community and love to serve.” Working with Mid-Cumberland Action Toys for Tots, American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Home Safe are only some of the many projects the Sisters are involved with outside of our church. They meet the second Monday of each month at 6pm in the Fellowship Hall. If you want to work hard, laugh out loud, and eat well, then come check the Sisters out, anyone is welcomed
